Small Industries Development Bank of India is one of the prominent financial institutions in India exclusively supporting micro, small and medium industries in India. The booming of banking sector also created huge opportunity for SIDBI and they conduct recruitment exam for the various posts, called SIDBI Recruitment Exam. Lakhs of banking job aspirants are taking this exam. The bank conduct exam mainly for the Assistant Manager and Manager posts.

Structure of SIDBI Exam

The exam is a bilingual objective type exam. It is generally two or two and half hour duration. The areas of the exam include,

Test the candidate’s knowledge in the current socio-political as well the economic scenario of the nation and in international level.

Eligibility Criteria

Assistant Manager Grade A

The candidates must have graduation in any stream with 60% mark from the recognized university. They should also have MBA/PGDM from the accepted university or institute.

The Engineering graduates or the candidates having degree in computer science or CA, or MBA or ICWA can also apply the exam. . The age limit can vary from 21 to 30 years. The eligible category will get the consideration as per the Government rules.

Manager Grade B

A Graduate in Economics or Econometrics or statistics or operation can apply of the Grade B position in SIDBI bank. A degree holder in research or IR or Operation or Labor Management or social work is also eligible to apply. Engineering Graduates with Post graduation in management program or CA  or ICWA is also eligible for applying the course. They should have 60% marks in their graduate exam from the recognized board. The age limit is set to be 24-33.

How to Apply?

The aspirants of SIDBI can apply only through online. For registering online, the candidates need to pay the application fee through any branches of SIDBI. The challan form available in the bank branch and they have to take two copies of the challan. Then they have to visit the bank website for filling the application form. The registration should happen before the closing date.

How to fill the Form?

The candidates have to fill the form by online. Visit the bank website for filling the application form. Before filling the form they have to carefully read the instruction and understand carefully about the requirements. The candidates must have a active email ID for applying the exam. They have to carefully enter the journal number and the details about the bank branch produced by the Challan. The candidates should give all the required information correctly and cross check the data entered. After filling the needed columns click submit to register your application. Do not forget to take the print out of the filled application form for further reference.
