Medical College:

Rural Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Etawah came into existence recently in the year 2006 and the college is affiliated to the Kanpur University. The institution is approved by the Medical Council of India to admit 100 students per year for the MBBS course and for getting into this course candidates must have completed their 10+2 with biology, English, chemistry and physics subjects with at least 50% of marks (40% for SC/ST candidates). Admissions will be made strictly on the basis of merit secured by the candidates in the Combined Pre-Medical Test conducted by the Director General of Medical Education of the state of Uttar Pradesh.

Arts College:

Rajkiya Mahila Pachayat Raj Degree College, Etawah as the name implies is a women’s college affiliated to the Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University. The college functions under Panchayat control in the Etawah District and it offers Bachelor of Arts course in different subjects.

Polytechnic College:

Government Polytechnic, Etawah is an institution running three-year diploma in engineering courses with approval from the All India Council of Technical Education under the Directorate of Technical Education of the state of Uttar Pradesh and it is affiliated to the Board of Technical Education of the state of Uttar Pradesh. The institute came into existence in the year 1980 and it was established by the Government of Uttar Pradesh with a single diploma course.
