The purpose behind the formation of the project called District Poverty Initiative Project shortly called as DPIP by the Rajasthan Rural Livelihood Project is to improve the productive and economic condition of the state of Rajasthan. Now, for carrying out various activities pertaining to the DPIP Project Rajasthan Rural Livelihood Project is looking for appropriate personnel.

Recruitment for Rajasthan Rural Livelihood Project:

Applications are invited for the positions of Manager for the MIS and Community Mobilization and capacity building departments for the World Bank Assisted Project District Project Initiatives Project (DPIP-II) under the control of Rajasthan Gramin Ajivika Vikash Parishad for selection of candidates for the District Project Management Unit

Name of the Vacancies: Manager MIS and Manager Community Mobilization & Capacity Building

Number of Vacancies: Total number of vacancies is 34, divided among the two positions as follows:

• Manager (MIS) - 17

• Manager (Community Mobilization & Capacity Building) - 17

Eligibility requirements:

Educational qualification and experience:

Manager (MIS): Candidates must have completed their PG degree in computer applications (MCA) or BE in Computer Science or information technology with not less than 50% of marks and they should have completed B level course in computer application from an institution recognized by the government. In addition, candidates must possess at least three years experience in relevant field with a present grade pay of Rs.4200, 4800 and 5400.

Manager (Community Mobilization & Capacity Builiding): For this position, candidates must have completed their PG degree with not less than 50% of marks in MSW/MBA/sociology or RD and they should possess at least three years of post qualification experience in appropriate field.

Age: The upper age limit to apply for the position both positions is 50 years as on the 01st of January 2012.

• All Officers of Government of Rajasthan and Public Sector companies, corporations, Nigam, Board, Co-operative Sangh, etc… of Government of Rajasthan.

• All Offices of Government of India and Public Sector Units, Corporation, Nigam, Board, etc… of Government of India.

Mode of selection:

Selection of candidates for the position both the positions would be on the basis of interview by the constituted selection committee. However, the powers to accept or reject a selection are reserved with the state Mission Director.
