You need to have a minimum of 50% marks to appear for the CAT exam. To crack the exam you need to prepare well in all the areas. The areas in which you will be tested upon include quantitative and verbal aptitude, data interpretation. You must also prepare in the Logical reasoning area. Make sure to solve all types of questions. Solving previous year paper will also be useful.

- The CAT 2011 entrance exams are held in last of november Or in december 2010. If you have scored 50% marks in your 12th class, then you are eligible for CAT 2011 entrance exams.

it is not necessary how much percentage you have in 10th and 12th to crack cat exam but you should have minimum 50% mark in aggregate in graduation to appear for cat exam.and for ST/Sc it is 45% in graduation Regards Sanjeeb |

you should have 50 % marks in the 12th standard. cat exam tests the analytical ability,verbal ability,logical reasonin,interpersonal skills.take more mock tests and discuss with the senior students.practice the previous year question papers.

How much you get in 10th and 12th doesn't matter you must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks, 45% in case of you belong to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Abled (DA)categories, awarded by any of the Universities in india. Candidates appearing for the final year of bachelor’s degree can also apply. Especially you must maintain a valid and unique email account throughout the selection process. |

The percentage of 10th And 12th Examination is not important, to apply to CAT examination. To appear in CAT examination, you have to passed in your graduation examination.
CAT Eligibility - You must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. And candidates appearing for the final year of bachelor’s degree/ equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply for CAT examination. |

Only passing percentage in 10th and 12th is required for CAT exam.
To appear for CAT exam,you should have complete graduation course with any discipline in any recognized university. If you qualify in that exam,then you can get admission in one of the top Management Institute. |

How much percentage required in 10th and 12th to crack CAT exam.
CAT exam is not dependent upon 10th or 12th class's percentage. It sometime depend upon percentage of graduation. Minimum percentage in graduation is 50% to allow in CAT exam and 45% in 10th and 12th standard.
If you get a good rank in CAT exam, then you get admission in a reputed college. |
