Job profile: The candidate would be required to take inbound calls from the companies US Clients, resolve their queries. The candidate would have to resolve client’s customer’s issues through mails and / or communicating through outbound calls with the customers. He would also be required to maintain the customer log book.
Qualifications: The candidate must be a Graduate or a Post Graduate in any stream, candidate with B.Tech and B.E. should not apply for the post. The candidate must be excellent in verbal & written English. Good Knowledge in Operating System is also required. The candidate must have good typing speed & keyboard skills. The candidates with advanced diploma in Computers would be preferred.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of International Call center / BPO experience will be added advantage for candidates applying for this post.
Pay Scale: Rupees 1, 75,000 to 2, 25,000 plus incentives and bonuses.
