Job Profile: The candidate is appointed for the post of Service Support Representative (Technical - voice based).The prime role of the employee will be to analyze the problems related to the IT companies a defined the solution to the problem so that it does not reoccur.

Educational Qualifications: The candidate needs to be a Graduate/ Undergraduate. Candidates must have good communication and written skill. Candidates should possess good Knowledge on Operating Systems, Hardware, Networking and MS Applications.

Additional Qualifications: The candidate must be flexible to work in any rotating shift, good team work and coordination skills. Must have a good technical knowledge and even must be able to judge the situation well.
