How to fill University of Allahabad PGAT Entrance Exam forms?

Candidates those who wish to join the Allahabad University for post graduate courses are advised to appear for the Allahabad PGAT entrance examinations that is conducted by the University. This examination is organized annually for the aspirants across the state. They can apply for the various post graduate courses that are offered by Allahabad University.

Instructions to be followed for filling in form

Candidates have to take care of the following instructions while filling up the application form.

  • Candidates should fill the information regarding the eligibility criteria clearly without overwritting.
  • The application has to be filled in English language only.
  • The filled up application forms must be sent through speed post and should reach the concerned address before the last date.
  • As a single mistake in the application form leads to the rejection of the same, it should be filled very carefully.
  • The candidates are advised to take a Xerox copy of the completed application form as it finds use in further references with the university.
  • Those students who claim reservation should provide the supporting documents so as to prove their eligibility.
  • The applicants are not supposed to provide any false information as it may lead to several consequences at the time of admission.

Exemptions to be taken care while filling in form

The candidates should have completed 20 years of age in order to appear for this examination. Candidates from all states of the country are eligible to apply for this test. They must have completed 12th standard with a minimum of 50% marks. It is applicable only for those candidates who belong to the general category.

Last date for receipt of applications

The candidates can submit the application forms online till the third week of May. The website of the University contains all the relevant details regarding the submission of the forms. All the entries in the application form should be made very carefully.

Acknowledgement of exam application form

The candidates those who have applied online will get an acknowledgement card within ten days. They can contact the examination committee if they have not received the card within the stipulated time. The students whose application forms are rejected by the University will be notified at the earliest.
