Job profile: The candidate would have to receive inbound calls from the companies Spanish and German Clients. The candidate would be required to solve the client’s problem suggesting them appropriate solutions either through voice or through email or web based applications. The company would require a candidate to work 5 days a Week. In case of foreign candidates, the candidate must have a valid work permit to work in India.
Qualifications: The candidate must be a Graduate in Spanish or German or He must be a Graduate in any stream with an Advance Diploma in Spanish or German. Also the candidate must have excellent communicational skills in English Language. The candidate also must have some knowledge of Computers and operating systems and is also required to have good keyboard typing speed.
Experience: 0 to 1 years of experience in an International call center in the same domain.
Pay Scale: Rupees 3, 75, 000 to 4, 00, 000 with Bi Annual Increment in salary
