ADP Placement Test

The written exam conducted by ADP is an online test. The test includes a total of 55 questions. The candidate has to finish these questions within 55 minutes. The pattern of the written exam is as follows:

Those who successfully clear the written test will be called for an interview. There will be two levels of interviews for the candidate’s one being the technical round and the other being the HR round. In the technical interview, most of the questions asked will be related to the final year project done by the candidate. The candidates who clear the technical interview round will be selected for the HR interview. The company generally conducts HR interview to identify the applicant’s interpersonal skills, leadership attributes, decision making and communication abilities.
