Salaries after MBA Finance in Government Organizations

During the initial period of their joining, students of MBA finance cannot expect much high salaries. But with months of practice and good experience in this field, the candidates will be able to earn as much as Rs.10000 – Rs. 50000 a month. Department exams will be carried out at times; candidates can appear for these exams and thus get promoted. With promotion, their job designation as well as salary will get increased.

Salaries after MBA Finance in Private Institutions

When compared to the public sector, the remuneration for individuals in the private sector will be quite high. Still, the salary the candidates get will depend upon the prestige as well as size of the organization that hires them. Candidates will get an initial salary of approximately Rs. 8,000 each month, especially if they are in accounting or salary disbursements. Those who have an experience of just about 3 – 4 years will be able to earn around Rs.50,000 per month.  Once you have CA or CFA, salaries could go much more than Rs 1,00,000 with 5 to 6 years of experience. Those who have their private consultancies will be able to make more.

Remuneration after MBA Finance in Private Practice in India and Abroad

The possibility for MBA Finance management students to get jobs abroad is quite high. Moreover, the chances for them to draw higher salary than their Indian counterparts are also quite excellent. The salary of the students will depend strongly on their skills as well as the type of the firm that takes them in. Apart from better job profiles, people will be able to find better salary packages in firms abroad. Countries such as the Middle East, UK, US, Singapore Britain and Australia offers handsome salary packages to Finance students from India. However, students will have to keep in mind that only by working hard will they be able to conquer their dreams. Only by hard work will they be able to achieve what they desire. Investment banks and technology companies offer handsome salary packages, some even touching 60 to 70 lakhs, especially from premium institutions.
