Probationary Officer (HR) in BEL- Eligibility and Selection Procedure
Candidates who possess graduation along with MBS/ MSW/ PGDM with specialization in Human Resources or Personnel Management can apply for the post of Probationary (HR). They are required to have 60% marks in qualifying exam. Maximum age limit for application is 25 years. Selection procedure includes written test, personal interview and medical test.
Eligibility Requirements for Probationary Officer (H R) in Bharat Electronics Limited
Graduates who have completed two years full time Master of Social Works / Master of Business Administration with specialization in HRM/ Personnel Management and Industrial Relations are eligible to apply for the post of Probationary Officer in BEL. In addition to this, degree holders who have completed post graduate degree with specialization in above said subjects can also apply. Candidates are required to secure a minimum of 60 % marks in their qualifying exam. Those who have completed these courses from a recognized University/ Institute can only apply for this post. Final year students who are awaiting results are also eligible to apply. Such candidates are required to fulfill all the required eligibility conditions at the time of recruitment.
Upper age limit for applicant is 25 years. Candidates belonging to the following categories are eligible for age relaxation.
- Domicile of Jammu and Kashmir
- Ex-Serviceman
- Other Backward Class
- Persons with Disability
- Scheduled Caste
- Scheduled Tribe
Candidates who are working in public sector organizations are required to submit No-Objection certificate at the time of recruitment.
Selection Procedure of Probationary Officer (HR) in Bharat Electronics Limited
Recruitment to the post of probationary officer in Human Recourses is carried out on the basis of scores obtained in written test and personal interview conducted by the organization. The written test is conducted at major cities of India. There will be objective type questions in written test. Medium of instruction will be in Hindi and English language. Questions will be asked from the topics prescribed for educational qualification required for the post. There will be questions from HR related topics and General Aptitude.
Candidates who have cleared the screening test will be short listed for personal interview which is the final step in recruitment process. Final selection will be on the basis of performance in interview and submission of relevant documents. Apart from this, they will have to qualify the medical test conducted by the organization. Those who have got selected are required sign a three year bond.
