Eligibility Criterion for IBPS Clerical Exam 2012
Institute of Banking Personnel Selection invites application for Common Written Exam for clerical cadre in public sector banks. Graduation is the basic educational qualification required for eligibility. Candidates who are in the age group of 20-28 years can apply for this examination.
Eligibility Criterion
Nationality
Those who are citizen of India or subject of Nepal or Bhutan are eligible to apply for this examination. In addition to this, Tibetan refugees who are permanently settling in India for more than 30 years are also eligible to apply. Apart from this candidates who are of Indian origin and migrated from any of the following countries can also apply for the examination. Such candidates are required to submit certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.

- Burma
- Uganda
- Malawi
- Zaire
- Ethiopia
- Vietnam
- Sri Lanka
- The United Republic of Tanzania
- Kenya
Age Restriction
Candidates who have completed minimum of 20 years of age are only eligible to apply. Upper age limit is 28 years at the time of application. Those who are belonging to Scheduled Tribe/ Scheduled Caste can seek reservation up to 5 years in upper age limit. Relaxation allotted for physically challenged candidates is 10 years. Those who belong to Other Backward Classes can seek relaxation up to 3 years in upper age limit. Upper age limit for ex-service men who have rendered a minimum of 3 years of service is 50 years. Upper age is relaxable for widows and women who are legally separated and not remarried for a maximum of 9 years. Those who are domiciled from Jammu and Kashmir, persons affected in 1984 riots and regular employees of Union Carbide factory, Bhopal can claim 5 years relaxation in upper age limit. Candidates are advised to log on to the official website of IBPS so as to collect detailed information about reservation policies.
Educational Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or Central Government is the basic educational qualification required. There is no minimum mark so as to be eligible. Candidates should have working and operation knowledge in computer system. They should have studied Information Technology/ Computer as a subject in High School level/ College. Other candidates should have undergone Certificate/Diploma courses in computer operations/ language.
Aspirants are required to have proficiency in the official language of the State or union Territory in which they wish to apply. They should be able to read/ speak and write the regional language of the State.

main b.pharm 3rd yr ka stdnt hu to mujhe ips officer ke liye kitna strggle krna pdega
May i know to syllabus of ssc cgl 2013 tier 1 & tier 2.
required cutoff in each paper.
