Hexaware Technologies recruits fresh graduates through off campus placement drive. Fresh candidates who have passed out Bachelor of Engineering or Technology in Computer Science Engineering and Information Technology are eligible to apply. They should have secured a minimum of 60% marks in qualifying exams. Selection procedure includes written test, group discussion and personal interview. Interested candidates are required to apply online from the official website of the organization.

Eligibility Criterion:

Those who have completed Bachelor of Engineering/ Technology in subjects such as Computer Science Engineering and Information Technology from a recognized university are eligible. In addition to this candidates who have completed Master of Science in Computer Science or Master of Computer Applications can also apply. Candidates are required to secure a minimum of 60% and above in matriculation and higher secondary examination. In addition to this final year candidates who have secured Cumulative Grade Point Average of 7 and above up to sixth semester are also eligible to apply. They are supposed to have no backlog in theory papers as well as in practical at the time of interview.

  • Technical Interview
  • H R Interview

Eligible candidates will be short listed for written exam on the basis of marks obtained in qualifying examination. There will be questions from theoretical topics as well as questions to check the general aptitude of the candidate. Technical section will contain questions from academics such as Programming, language and operating system. Questions will be asked from analytical reasoning, basic mathematics, general English and General aptitude.

Candidates can expect a maximum of 90 questions. Questions will be in multiple choice objective type formats. Maximum marks allotted for the entire test is 90. There will be negative marking for wrong answers. Those who have cleared the written examination will be short listed for group discussion. Candidates’ interpersonal skill will be evaluated in this Group Discussion. Final selection will be on the basis of

  • Technical Interview
  • H R Interview

There will be questions from the academic topics, latest trends in IT industry as well as candidates’ area of interest in technical interview. There will be sectional cut off marks in technical interview. Those who have cleared the Technical Interview will be called for HR interview. Questions will be asked from curriculum vitae, candidates’ area of interest and salary package, in this interview. Candidates’ behavioral approach will be analyzed in HR interview.
