Agra Nagar Nigam (ANN) is a nodal agency authorized by the govt. of India to undertake the development work of Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission. For this purpose ANN has built a programme implementation unit (PUI). The functions of PUI are project management, monitoring the progress, preparation of reports, implementation of activities and methods etc.

Job profile: The officers would be working in the programme implementation unit. The municipal finance officer will be responsible for accounts activities, data migration, preparatory work etc. The urban planning officer shall be responsible for planning and implementation of infrastructure activities. The procurement officer would handle the procurement activities like procuring, outsourcing etc.

Eligibility: A candidate should be above the age of 21 years and must be 45 years or below.

Educational Qualifications:

For municipal finance officer (MFO) – A candidate should be a CA/cost accountant/MBA with an experience of 5-10 years.

For urban planning officer (UPO) – A candidate should have a Master’s degree in planning with an experience of 2-3 years or a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years experience.

For procurement officer (PO) – A candidate must be an MBA/CA with a minimum experience of 5 years.

No. of posts: There is 1 vacancy for each of the three posts.

Pay scale: The officers will get a salary of Rs15000 – Rs20000 per month or higher for highly qualified candidates.

Selection process: The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the interview.
