PGDMA in NAARM – Admission Process and Fee Structure

Admission process for PGDMA (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) in National Academy of Agricultural Research Management (NAARM) is done on the basis of candidate’ s academic record, CAT/CMAT score, GD and interview. First step include the evaluation of candidate’s performance in CAT/CMAT. Based on this score, candidates are short listed for GD and PI. Selected students should pay a total fee of Rs 1, 75, 000/- during first year and Rs 1, 60, 000/- during second year.

Admission Procedure for PGDMA in National Academy of Agricultural Research Management

It is compulsory for candidates to pass graduate course in Agriculture or any other allied subjects to apply. Required qualification must be obtained from any of the Universities or institutes recognized by UGC/ICAR. First step in admission process include the evaluation of candidate’s performance in CAT/CMAT. Based on this score, candidates are short listed for GD and PI. Final selection is based on applicant’s performance in academics, CAT/CMAT, GD and interview.

Each stage of the selection process will be given certain percentage of weightage which is as follows –

  • CAT/CMAT score card – 40%
  • Academic Record – 10%
  • Group Discussion – 25%
  • Personal Interview – 25%

The admission process will begin with short listing of candidates on the basis of CAT/CMAT score card. A specific cut off mark will be specified and depending on that marks, candidates will be given a call for Group Discussion. Those candidates who are able to qualify GD need to appear for Personal Interview as well. Candidates who perform well in GD and P.I will be selected finally. In certain cases, the selection criteria will be subject to changes based on based on specific AICTE norms.

Fee Structure for PGDMA in National Academy of Agricultural Research Management

Tuition Fee

  • 1st year Total – Rs 1, 75, 000/-
  • 2nd year Total – Rs 1, 60, 000/-

Examination Fee

  • 1st year Total – Rs 1,000/-
  • 2nd year Total – Rs 1,000/-

  • Library Fee - Rs 12, 000/-
  • Medical Assistance fee – Rs 3, 000/-
  • Miscellaneous Fee (includes Field work, study visits, sports, art, cultural fees etc) – Rs 49, 000/-
  • Health Insurance premium – Rs 4,000/-
  • Boarding Charges – Rs 1, 21,500/-
  • Lodging Charges – Rs 27, 000/-
  • Caution Deposit (Refundable) – Rs 10,000/-

Apart from the above listed fees, it is compulsory for students to meet all the other expenses related to their personal, books, college events, college suits or blazers, medical or health, and summer internship. Only caution deposit will be returned back after completion of the course.
