B.Tech graduates in specific streams like Civil, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical, and Information Technology can actively participate in campus selection process of L & T InfoTech. A minimum of 60% marks must be compulsorily scored by candidates in 10th, 12th and graduation level without any supplementary papers. On the other hand, B.Sc, BCA, BCS and diploma engineers can also apply. Selection process includes stages of written exam, GD and personal interview.

Eligibility Criteria for Campus Selection in L & T InfoTech

For campus selection in L & T InfoTech, fresh B.E/B.Tech graduates in any of the following specialization streams are normally considered –

• Civil Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electronics Engineering
• Computer Science Engineering
• Information Technology

It is necessary for candidates to obtain at least 60% marks all together in 10^th, 12^th, and graduation level. Apart, from this, Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor of Computer Science (BCS), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) graduates and diploma holders can attend the selection process. They must obtain a consistent score of 55% marks all throughout academics. Applicants must be free of supplementary papers at the time of attending campus selection process.

Campus Selection Procedure for L & T InfoTech

A detailed selection procedure is organized by L & T InfoTech which essentially includes the following sections –

• Section A – Written Test
• Section B – Group Discussion
• Section C – Personal Interview (Both HR and Technical interview)

The written test comprise of a total of 90 questions to be covered in 3 main sections. The time limit allowed for candidates to attend the written exam is 1 hour 30 minutes. The written test include the following papers from the following subject areas –

Qualifying the written exam will give candidates an opportunity to attend further rounds of selection which is a Group Discussion. During this round, candidates will be asked to express their opinion on any of the current topics given. Candidates will be adjudged on some of the main points like expression, communication, team spirit and personal projection during GD round and marks will be given on that basis. This is basically an elimination round where in only those candidates who clear GD will be admitted for Personal Interview. Candidates will be asked technical questions in some of the key subject areas like C, C++, Data structures, Operating System, DBMS, SQL, Programming and Pointers. HR interview will comprise of personal questions such as salary package expected, skills and experience, hobbies, family background, knowledge about L&T InfoTech and so on.
