TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES is the Top level MNC company.TCS conduct On-campus or Off-Campus placement for B-TECH , M-TECH , MCA candidate only.

If you have through out 60% marks in career then you are applicable for TCS company.Pending Backlog candidate are not eligible for TCS.If you have above 2 years gap in through out career then you are not applicable for TCS.

Selection process for TCS company-

• Written Test
• Technical Test
• Personal Interview

For written test you can prepare only Aptitude Test.


No GD round is not included in TCS recruitment process.Even some time they have only two round one is Written Test and other is Technical+HR .

Here is the Complete Details of the Recruitment Procedure followed by the TCS Company:

Eligibility:
1) You must have 60% avg in your X , XII and also throughout your Engineering Career incl. Optionals.
2) You Shouldn't have more than Two years Gap in your Engineering Career.

Form Fill Up:
Fill Up the Form in the TCS Careers Site stating "Direct Applicant" Link.

Recruitment Process:
TheTCS Recruitment Process varies from time to time, Depending on the Availability of the Time and Strength of the Candidates, etc. So here is a General Process usually Carried out, Out of which one /two might not be Dispatched.
1) Written Test
2) Group Discussion (GD)
3) Psychometric Test
4) Technical Interview
5) Management Interview and HR Interview

Coming To the GD, Certain Topics like (Factual, Caontroversial, Abstract and Case studies) which are likely to be Discussed.

Example Of Case Sudies:

A king of an Arab country is approached by a foreign mining company with a contract. Presently, the country earns its revenues through tourism.

This is one of the top mnc's company and every year this company requiting the various posts in different departments, Apart from this organization is inviting the applications for who are completing the graduation with minimum 70% of marks in GRADUATION and in 10+2 and in 10th class.

Selection procedure is based on the OFF campus or ON campus, apart from you are applying for off campus then the requiting process is based on the following tests conducted by the TCS.

Requiting Process:

• Personal Interview.

Apart from first conducted the written test containing the objective type question with 4 multiple choice answers and question from aptitude only and after completing the written test directly called for technical interview and HR interview.
