Job Profile: The candidate should able to support Business sales and local leadership in terms of recruitment of Sales front line Managers. This would involve selection process and supporting recruitment through various sources. He should provides guidance/support to the HR whenever is required.
He should have strong interpersonal skills. He should have effective communication skills both written as well as oral with good proficiency in local language also. He must have strong competence in computers especially in MS Office.
Educational Qualifications: The candidate must have Post Graduation Degree (MBA or PGDM) in HRM from a reputed B-school with minimum 60% aggregate marks.
Experience: The candidate must have 3- 4 years of experience in a progressive and dynamic work environment. Preferably Sales HR. experience is desirable in the same industry.

I had worked for Bajaj Allianz life Insurance as Sales Team Manager at Sitamarhi Branch (Bihar state) since 01 april 2006 to 08 August 2008 .But I could not fil up the Exit- Form at the time of leaving the company. Now May I caim to the company for full & final settlement ?
