Job Profile: The principle responsibilities of the Solutions Engineer would to manage customer calls, chats and e-mails. He must have efficient problem solving skills and troubleshooting skills. He should achieve customer satisfaction and make commitments to clients. He should be open to work in 24*7 environments.

Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate can apply for the post. He must have basic knowledge of PCs and internet. He would have excellent knowledge of operating system like DOS, Win 98, Me, XP, NT, 2000. He should have good communication flow with sentence construction, correct grammar in written and spoken English communication, voice and speed clarity and good pronunciations. He should be a good listener have responding skills. He should have effective typing skills also. He should not have MTI (Mother Tongue Influence).

Experience: The candidate must have minimum 12 to 18 months of experience with semi tech troubleshooting process with an International BPO.
