Job Profile: The senior associates should have to make sales outbound calls in the identified vertical segment. He would be responsible for campaigning and promoting products/solutions. He should be able to work closely with Account Managers to support customer base. He should have to maintain internal database of all prospective and current customers or channel partners. He should have to update the CRM database on the progress of the calls and hand over ‘qualified leads’ to the Network Solutions BU.

Qualifications: Graduate candidates can apply for the post. He must have Proficiency in using call center tools and CRM package will be an added advantage. He must have effective communication and presentation skills with technical business writing skills.

Experience: The Company requires 2+ years of demonstrated experience in making outbound sales calls preferably in the Wireless Telecom segment.
