Job Description: In global technical support, the engineer has to provide support both technically as well as in post sales department.

Desired Profile: Should have a basic knowledge about test running the Ciena products and also provide technical based telephone support. Have to deal with the clients of Ciena products. Handling with test results or lab experiments to solve the queries of the client is necessary for the job.

Good communication skills, clear knowledge of switching systems for telecommunications, ability to deal with fiber optics technology, analytical skills, basic knowledge of ATM, Ethernet, UNIX, IP configurations are required to be the successful contender of the job.

Job Requirement: Candidate is preferred with a specialization in Telecommunication Systems

Education: B.E/B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication or BCA in Computers is applicable for the job. Post graduation in Networking or mobile communication is preferred for the job.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience is quite deserved.
