Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (HPPCL) was incorporated in the year 2006. The main objective of HPPCL is to promote the development of hydroelectric power in Himachal Pradesh. HPPCL works on the behalf of Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board and Himachal Pradesh State Government.

Job profile:

Candidates will have to do the regular jobs performed by an electrical engineer with the intention of promoting the development of hydroelectric power in Himachal Pradesh.

Eligibility:

The candidate should have an age in between 18 to 45 years as on 14th december 2009. Relaxation in the age will be given only as per rules.

Educational Qualifications:

Candidates are required to have an educational qualification of B.tech of B.E. with atleast 60% marks.

Pay scale: Rs. 7750 - 14500 is assigned as the salary for all the posts.

Selection process:

Candidates will have to undergo an interview session. The selection of the candidates will be made strictly on the basis of their performances in interview.
