The main aim of Rajasthan Rural Development project is to bring about a development in the earning capacity of people particularly women by introducing new methods of social inclusion and mobilization, formation and implementation of livelihood strategies, etc…The Project called District Poverty Initiatives Project was introduced in 7 most poor districts of the state of Rajasthan to help the poor people.

Recruitment for Rajasthan Rural Livelihood Project:

Applications are invited for the positions of Accountant and Manager (HR & Admin) in the World Bank Assisted Project District Project Initiatives Project (DPIP-II) under the control of Rajasthan Gramin Ajivika Vikash Parishad for selection of candidates for the District Project Management Unit

Name of the Vacancies: Accountant, Manager (HR & Admin)

Number of Vacancies: Total number of vacancies is 34, divided among the two positions as follows:

• Accountant - 17

• Manager (HR/Admin) - 17

Eligibility requirements:

Educational qualification and experience:

Accountant: Candidates must have completed their PG with not less than 50% in accountancy or finance and they should possess three year post qualification experience in accounting. Even candidates with graduation in commerce with accountancy as the main subject with at least 50% of marks and with thee years post qualification experience in accounting with a present salary of Rs.3200, 3800 and Rs.4200 are eligible to apply.

Manager (HR & Admin): Candidates must be PG holders in Personnel Management/HR with at least 50% of marks and with three-year post qualification experience in relevant field. They should be presently drawing a pay of Rs.4200,4800 and Rs.5400

Age: The upper age limit to apply for the position both positions is 50 years as on the 01st of January 2012.

• All Officers of Government of Rajasthan and Public Sector companies, corporations, Nigam, Board, Co-operative Sangh, etc… of Government of Rajasthan.

• All Offices of Government of India and Public Sector Units, Corporation, Nigam, Board, etc… of Government of India.

Mode of selection:

Selection of candidates for the position both the positions would be on the basis of interview by the constituted selection committee. However, the powers to accept or reject a selection are reserved with the state Mission Director.
