Andhra University is the one of the oldest educational institutions in India. The university offers many diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, and research courses in different streams. The university has also started correspondence courses in 1972. It conducts entrance exam for M.Sc Computer Science and Statistics course.

Structure of Andhra University M.Sc. Computer Science and Statistics Entrance Test

The candidate has to answer 90 objective type questions in 75 minutes. These 90 questions are distributed over three sections, A, B, and C. Section A includes 40 questions of 40 marks, section B contains 30 questions of 30 marks, and section C includes 20 questions of 20 marks.  Every wrong answer will deduce ¼ marks from the total. The test booklet will contain questions in both English and Telugu.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidates who have completed B.Sc/B.A with any two of the subjects Mathematics, Statistics, and Computers from any certified University are eligible to apply for M.Sc Computer Science and Statistics entrance exam.

How to Apply?

The candidate can collect the application form from the concerned sale centers. The cost of the application form is Rs.300/-. Also, the application from can be collected through post. The candidates have to send a request letter along with a demand draft of Rs.350/- in favor of The Director, AUCET, Directorate of Admissions payable at Visakhapatnam. The completed application forms should be sent to the Director, AUCET, Directorate of Admissions, Visakhapatnam. The candidate must send the application form in a cover on which they should mention the test number, test name, and test center. The candidate should send the application form before the last date of the submission either through registered post or in person.

How to fill the Form?

The candidate has to fill in the application form carefully without any mistake. The candidate should provide the date of birth and name as in the higher secondary school certificate. The candidate should fill in the form personally. The applicant should provide the signature in the space provided.

The entrance exam for M.Sc Computer Science and Statistics is a highly competitive exam and needs a good preparation. The candidate must start the preparation as early as possible.
