B.A in Urdu
Urdu may not be the national language of India, but one cannot deny the fact that the language is spoken by a huge population in this country. The language is said to be particular for the Muslim community only, but in real sense, a language cannot be bounded to communities. That is the reason why various course on various languages are being offered in India, and in no case is the community an eligibility criteria. One such course is BA in Urdu.
Under this course, one requires to learn the various aspects of the language. One is taught everything regarding the language under this course. This includes the way of writing, reading as well use and meaning of various words. One is also taught the various ways of constructing sentences and use of words in the language. The course also includes study of the grammar in the subject.
One requires being at least 10 + 2 pass in order to be eligible for the course of B.A in Urdu. The 10 + 2 passing certificate should be of a well recognized board of education of India.
Course Outlook:
The duration of the course is generally 3 years. These 3 years are further divided in to 3 parts. Each part is of 1 year each. After every one year, the candidate goes through an exam that decides their promotion to the next part.
Job Prospects:
One can work in various research organizations dealing with Islam or Urdu script. One can also join archaeological survey Of India. Even teaching career is open for this degree holder.

I have not urdu subject in 10+2 and doing B.A(prog) but i want to do B.A.urdu(honours).what should i do?
