i did 12th from farsi and graduation from urdu
but know i again want to do 12th from urdu
\please tell me can i do that????

This is not possible. You have to either continue with master degree or you can apply for a job. Since already you have completed 12th in Farsi, changing it to Urdu will mean repeating class 11 again. This is because you cannot do 11th in Farsi and 12th in Urdu. Both classes must have same subjects. Again when you try to take admission in a school in class 11 again, they will ask you for the reason of getting admission after so many years of gap. You will have to mention that you have passed class 12 once and now you are trying it again. There and then your application will be rejected. So better you don't try it.
