Job Profile:
1. Sr. Manager – Production: The manager is required to rum the manufacturing unit. He/She is required to coordinate raw material planning, coordinate the process development and he/she is also responsible for the growth of juniors.

2. Deputy General Manager: The deputy manager is responsible for man force planning, to promote employee engagement and lead the team of HR professional effectively.

Qualification:
1. The essential qualification for the production manager is Bachelor’s + M.Tech in Chemical or Bioprocess. The candidate must be good in API business and CGMP aspect. He/She should possess knowledge of Process Engineering. The Six Sigma knowledge will be a plus point. An experience of 10 to 15 years is required in this field.

2. The essential qualification for Deputy General Manager (HR) is an MBA in HR from XLRI/IIM/Symbiosis. The technical skill possessed by him/her must include understanding of HR challenges and trends in Pharmacy industry. An experience of 10 to 15 years in the field of Human Resources dealing with profiles across R&D, Marketing, sales etc. is must.
