Job profile: The Branch Managers role would be to develop and lead a team to increase the Branch profitability while ensuring high quality service through customer relationship management. He would be responsible for the achievement of the business targets set by the bank. He would have to take charge of the whole Branch and be responsible for all activities pertaining to the branch.

Qualifications: The candidate must possess at least a Masters degree in Business Administration or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration or Post Graduate Program in Management in Finance or Accountancy or Banking or Marketing or equivalent. He must have good communication skills and should be fluent in English and regions local languages.

Experience: 5 - 8 Years of experience in Banking or Financial Services or equivalent.

Pay Scale: Rupees 4, 75,000 to 6, 50,000
