B.Sc in Medical Lab. Technology
The course deals in allied health profession that concerns with diagnosis, coupled with treatment as well as prevention of different diseases, through the usage of several laboratory tests. The course offers excellent exposure to the candidates at the practical level that allows them gain experience enabling them to properly diagnosis the disease enabling the doctor to properly churn out treatment for the individuals.
Eligibility Criterion:
The basic qualification required by the individual candidate is a 10+2 level or equivalent from recognized boards. The candidates also have to pass the same level with BMTL as one of their vocational subjects and have to be compulsorily from the science stream. Furthermore, the candidates have to e ay a minimum age of 17 and can be of maximum age of 20 years as on the date of admission.
Course Duration:
The total length of the course is two year. The course is divided into four semesters with the length of each semester been six months.

The job prospects of the candidate depend upon the overall technical as well as academic skills. The candidates can also earn career opportunities as lab technicians in several hospitals as well as doctor clinic. Even blood donation centers as well as Minor emergency centers offer excellent career opportunities to them. A technician candidate becomes well established technologists through gaining of experience.
