Profile:

Central Council For Research In Ayurveda And Siddha (CCRAS) was established is an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. The major objective behind the establishment of the council was to have a technical Institute for the formulation, co-ordination, development and promotion of research work in the fields of Ayurveda and Siddha. The council is also responsible for performing the research works in the field of literary and fundamental research, drugs etc.

Job Profile:

Candidates are invited to apply for the following posts:

1. Recruitment of Consultant (Statistician):
Posts Available: Only 1 post is available.
Age Limit: Maxmimum age limit set is 30 years.
Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Statistics is required for the specified post.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 20000 per month.

2. Recruitment of Consultant (Ayurveda):
Posts Available: Only 1 post is available.
Age Limit: Maxmimum age limit set is 35 years.
Educational Qualification: M.D. in Ayurveda is required for the specified post.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 25000 per month.

3. Recruitment of Consultant (Data Entry Operator):
Posts Available: Only 1 post is available.
Age Limit: Maxmimum age limit set is 25 years.
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Computer Education is required for the specified post.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 11000 per month.

Selection Process:

Selection of the candidates will be made strictly on the basis of their performance in the written test followed by a personal interview test that will be held on 10 August 2010.
