Job profile: The CSR would be working on a voice based process. The CSR’s role would be that of taking out bound mobile sales calls for the company’s Australian customers providing solutions to their queries. The CSR would be working in Day shifts. Also they must be willing to work in rotational shifts in company’s other US and UK processes.

Qualifications: The candidate should be a Graduate (any stream); candidates who do not have a Graduation Degree but have relevant 1 or 2 years of experience in outbound mobile sales (voice) can apply. The candidate must be excellent in verbal & written English. Good Knowledge in Operating System is also required. The candidate must have good typing speed & keyboard skills.

Experience: 0 - 2 Years, the organization is particularly looking for outbound sales experience, prior experience in handling Australian process will be added advantage.

Pay Scale: Rupees 2, 00,000 - 3, 00,000, plus sales incentives upon every complete sale, the candidate with good sales performance can earn salary plus incentives up to 7 figures.
