The company strives hard to improve the standard of life of the poor through the National Rural Livelihood Mission and the Mission Mangalam that are mainly controlled by GLPC Limited.
Job Profile:
Gujarat Livelihood Promotion Company Ltd calls for application for State level vacancies from qualified candidates for the post of General Managers and Project Managers.
No. of posts: General Managers – 10; Project Managers - 10
Pay Scale – The CTC for General Managers is Rs. 7.2 lac per anum, and for Project Managers is Rs. 4.8 lac per anum.
Eligibility:
Qualification – To apply for the post of District Domain Experts, candidates must have completed their post graduate degree or post graduate diploma in agri-business, business administration, rural management or social work at any of the top institutions like IRMA, RISS, IIFM and XLRI. Particular qualifications in technical field are required for certain disciplines. The candidates are required to have 10-15 years experience for General Managers, and 3-6 yrs experience for Project Managers.
The candidates must have experience in managing large programme implementation, knowledge of thematic area, Programme Design Skills, and team working ability. The candidates must be able to speak and write English and Gujarati.
Selection Process:
Candidates are selected for the post through written test and interview. Only eligible candidates will be called for the selection process.
