The selection process consists of three stages. The first stage is a written test, the second stage is Group Discussion and the last stage is Personal Interview. All the three stages are eliminatory.

The written test consists of two questions. Section I is Mechanical Comprehension. It is figurative in nature. There are 40 questions in this section and the time given is 25 minutes. Section II is Technical Test. It consists of 50 questions and the time allotted is 30 minutes.
