Coal India Limited conducts Entrance Exam for the selection of eligible candidates to Management Trainee position. The syllabus of the exam mainly includes topics on General Awareness, General Aptitude, and Technical Knowledge.

Exam Pattern of Management Trainee Entrance Exam (Geology) in CIL

There will be two papers in Management Trainee Exam held by CIL. Each paper comprises of 100 questions. Paper-I covers questions on General Awareness and Aptitude and Paper-II covers questions on Technical knowledge. One has to complete the test with in the fixed time of 3 hours. Questions asked in this exam will be multiple choice questions and will be bilingual (in English and Hindi).
