Examination for Insurance Surveyors Marine Hull course is taught in the institutes that provide training to get an insurance license in order to become an insurance agent. The paper covers every chapter be it basics of marine hull and liability risks, legal salvage, towage, environment as well as safety and pollution, protection and Indemnity (P&I) insurance.  The weightage varies with the number of hours given to each chapter in the lectures.

Marking

The paper is marked such that the first question carries 16 marks but the others carry 12 marks. No question is compulsory. The total marks are 100.

Time

The paper has to be completed by 3 hours.
