Average Fees charged by Asia pacific is Rs. 55000, whereas the same course is done at just Rs 30000 under west Bengal University of technology.
Very few of the above mentioned colleges offer any kind of relaxation in their fees on the basis of the caste of the students. However, the college does offer admission quota for the students who belong to lower or backward class.

Sir i hve completed my +2 in 2011, due to my family background im unable to study. will there be any benifits if i join in DISTACE EDUCATION (BBM) to me and my family as well. Im first grade student (93 % in +2)

BBM or BBA is not the gateway of MBA, neither any core subject in undergraduate course. This tow course has been discovered last 5/6 years and these two course are simply implemented by some universities and college to make money from the students.
No international recognition for this two course.
It is better to study in commerce in undergraduate.
