Hello,i am praveen by some problem i do not do 10 2 so i do diploma. My question is - after diploma is there any scope to become an astronaut please sir help me

Really sorry to say you this,that you are not eligible to become an Astronaut right now.To become an astronaut one need to follow some steps,the eligibility requirements are given below.To become Astronaut you must go for the NASA recruitment.For this you must have a minimum of Bachelor degree to be eligible for the further section process.

As you are now only with the diploma qualification you try to continue your studies,for that you need to write an entrance examination for getting lateral entry in to the engineering admission.So soon after writing entrance examination for engineering,you will have to take up the stream.There you will need to choose the Aeronautical engineering or Aerospace engineering stream.So with this minimum qualification I think you can start the process.

So soon after completing your B.Tech degree,you will have to go for the Masters Degree there after Ph.D.So that you will get a highest degree as well as good concepts.It would be very better if you have got a minimum 3-4 years experience to become a mission specialist at NASA.You my go for the Ph.D Degree,I suggest you to do your Ph.D from the best Institutes such as IISC or Indian Institute of Technology.For Ph.D you can take any of the following subjects such as Metaphysics,Astrophysics,Geophysics and more.

You must have a very good communication skills,as added advantage of having knowledge on Space Industry.Soon after getting experience in these fields,then you can apply for the Astronaut positions to ,and fill the Application standard Form 171(government employment application), send to the Astronaut Selection Office,NASA Johnson Space Center,Houston,TX 77058.Soon after screening you can get interacted with them,and participate in the selection process.
