The B.E or B.Tech in Computer Science is one of the best courses to study after Diploma in Computer Engineering. The diploma holders will be allocated the engineering seats through lateral entry mode. The students will be admitted directly to the second year of the B.Tech course. The admission to the lateral entry will be done through a lateral entry entrance examination conducted by the State Board of Technical Education. The scope and job opportunities are high for the engineering graduates than a diploma holder. So studying B.Tech Computer Science is the best option to choose after Diploma in Computer Engineering.

After completion of your three years Diploma course in Computer Engineering, it is best to pursue your higher studies in Bachelor's degree courses like B.E/ B.Tech, etc.,. to find best job opportunities. You can improve your knowledge about Computer Engineering and acquire skills required for software job by doing Bachelor's degree course. After completion of diploma course, you can do B.Tech course. After completion of B.Tech course, you can apply for government and private sector.
