A graduation is enough for you to pursue your career in the BPO sector.

You can start to study a graduation if you have studied 12th standard.

The arts or commerce or science graduation is enough for you to begin your career in BPOs.

The command over the English language will be most welcome.

After joining in any one of the BPO companies, you pursue a MBA course that will be useful for your future managerial positions.

Some of the BPOs will also recruit Diploma holders for their non voice processes, you can also try there.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
