    Which is better option B.E. in Civil Engineering/Construction Engineering or Management/Enviroment Engineering from AMIE or Degree in Architecture for a Govt. Employee ? As I have done Diploma in Civil Engineering from Arya Bhat Polytechinc, Delhi.

    Can an Architect start practicing in private like a Doctor, while resuming on a Govt. Post.
