Since you have already completed your post graduate diploma which means you are already a post graduate, there should not be much need for going for any part time courses. This is being said for reasons that you are already a full time PGDM and this is already of a lot of value in the market. If you have some free time I would suggest the following for you:

1. If you have got a job on campus, then it is well and good and you should only enjoy the free time because you can expect your joining date to come any day any time.

2. If you have not got your job yet, try the following:

A. Create profiles on the job portals such as monster, naukri, shine, timesjobs etc so that the HR recruiters who are looking for potential candidates can hire you for their organization. Make sure that your profile looks very promising and confident and has a lot of information about your academic career, interests, strengths etc.

B. Look for connecting with HRs otherwise if you have done any networking with friends/family to see if there are any other job opening anywhere in your local town/country.

C. Make a profile on LinkedIn as it marks a very good impression about your professional networking and is a strength for many these days. upload your resume there and keep checking for latest updates from HRs of various companies.

D. Try attending off campus drives / walk in interviews as it has very high chances of getting you placed in some of the best companies that hire in job friendly states like Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai etc.

If you still want to do some courses, then personality development is the best way to start. It would help you speak fluent English and teach you basic professional skills and ethics that would always help you in the longer run. You can also consider doing some course that is relevant to the market such as Business Analytics, Project Management etc. There are also only portals from where you can get training for free and get certified.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
