You will get the following job opportunities after completing a diploma in computer science engineering.
1) Technical Assistant 2) Engineering Executive 3) Assistant Engineer 4) Trainee You can expect a salary of Rs.3.2 to Rs.8.9 LPA depending upon your position at the job. |

You can apply for the job in several government companies after completion of diploma in the computer science. You can apply for the job of DCS operator in automation industries. Also you can apply for the job in army.
Other option to get government job after diploma is Railways. You can earn two to four lakh per year after diploma. |

You can apply for railway JE(Computer Science, IT Signal & Telecommunication) posts.
You are also eligible for various state electricity post such as JE computer science. But these post have very limited vacancies. So it is better to go for higher studies like B.tech and then passed GATE exam. Then you have wide opportunities in PSU sector like( BHEL, BSNL, IOC, DRDO, ISRO) |

entrance examinations followed by an interview. The salary range is between Rs.3 lakhs to 15 lakhs per annum. A few government jobs with designations are given below.

Highest Paying Government Jobs in India:-
1) IAS/IPS:- 672000/- per annum excluding other benefits. 2) Defence Services (officer level):- 5 lakh per annum plus other benefits. 3) RBI B grade Jobs:- Rs. 35,150/- the basic salary at entry level. 4) PSUs:- Estimated CTC 10-12 lakhs per annum (depends on PSU & designation) etc. |

After obtaining a diploma in computer science engineering, candidates will be eligible for the following positions in the Government sector.

Government job after diploma in Computer Science :-
Scientific Assistant in BARC/ NPClL and other AIE organisation. Technical Assistant in ISRO and Allied Labs. Junior Engineer in BSNL Junior Engineer in State Electricity power Distribution / Generation / Supply Organisation Junior Engineer in Indian Railways/Metro Railways Station Controller/ Train Operator in DMRC Instructor in Government ITI Technical Assistant in NITs/ IITs and engineering colleges. |
