i am complited 10th by Rabindra open shooling. now i am working in reputeded (MNC) constraction company. so sir i want to do civil diploma ,AICTE,DEC,UGC reconised thoro IGNOU. please reply me how to doing diploma in civil.

Doing job and learning is a difficult thing and when the study is completely of a different field then the difficulty level increases. Your spirit of learning should be appreciated. Since you are working, so it will not be possible for you to pursue full time regular civil engineering diploma course.
