I have completed 4yrs part time diploma in mechanical engineering. is it equivalent to 3yrs diploma? am i eligible for gov job which are asking for 3yrs full time diploma?i have done my diploma from recognized govt polytechnic institute.

I am sorry to say that even after having done 4 years of Diploma via distance mode, it is never equivalent to regular time course.

You are however eligible for many government service, but if at some place it has been specified that only regular candidates are eligible for the post, then only at those places you are not eligible for the post.

Else, at most of the places you are eligible.
