In which semester of Engineering Diploma course I will get admission if appearing in Diploma CET after completing 2nd PUC Science?


Hello,
I have completed my 2nd PUC Science.
After Diploma CET exam which semester
shall I attend, 1st semester or 2nd
in Diploma in Engineering course?

You can get admission in 2nd year/3rd semester of Engineering Diploma course after completion of your 2nd PUC science. Admissions to second year Engineering Diploma course are offered through CAP. Diploma CET is an entrance examination which is conducted for admission to second year of Engineering course. So, there is no need to appear in Diploma CET examination to get admission in second year of Diploma course.

You can get admission in second year/third year of Diploma course after completion of your 2nd PUC science. Admission to second year Diploma course are offered through CAP/Lateral Entry process. Diploma CET is an entrance examination which is conducted for admission to second year of Engineering course for candidates who have completed three years Diploma course. There is no need to appear in Diploma CET examination to get admission in 3rd semester of Diploma course.
