Sir/Mam,

i fulfill the criteria of marks in my 10th by scoring 75%. In diploma I have 80% but due to some reasons I took admission in engineering after 3 years of completion of diploma ..since , I have 3 years gap between BE and poly am I eligible for placement drives? I am currently in final year ..can I appear for the recruitment drive?

For placement drives you need to have the required qualification with given marks. There is no mention of gaps in the eligibility criteria of most jobs. Only in the interview you will face such questions like why that gap, etc.

So, if you have good enough reason for gap and perform well in the interview, then you won't face any problems. Although, most of the top MNCs don't recruit candidates with huge gap.
