PGDCA stands for Post Graduate Diploma In Computer Application.It's a course for graduate students who have interest in Computer Application.On the basis of your qualification you can apply for job in different fields like banking, insurance and accounting.
Also after completion of you PGDCA course you can go for MCA (Master of Computer Application) or MBA (Master of Business Administration).
If you are interested in business field, then it is advisable to you to join MBA for your better growth opportunities.

After completion of your PGDCA, you can opt for courses like M.Sc, MCA, MBA,etc. that depends upon which field you wish to opt for.

Some of the short term courses you can also consider after completion of your PGDCA is certificate courses like CCNA, CCIE, MCITP, etc.

You should look for your interest and then move forward with it.

Candidates after completion of PGDCA have two options. One is to study further and the other one is applying for jobs. After completion of PGDCA, candidates can apply for jobs in various private organizations. Candidates are selected based on their performance in the aptitude test, technical interview and personal interview. Candidates after completion of PGDCA can study various courses like MCA, MBA, MA, PGDM etc. Candidates can choose the course based on their interest. MCA is one of the best suited courses to pursue after PGDCA. Demand for the MCA course is high in the market.

Scope after Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application (PGDCA) course:

There is a good scope after successful completion of this PGDCA (Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application) course. There are several certificate courses namely Oracle, CCNA, CCNP, MCITP...etc., Other than these courses, you may pursue some most demanding courses like

>> Master of Computer Applications (MCA)

>> Master of Science in Information Technology (M.Sc in IT)

>> Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Although there are several course, I would suggest you to go with MCA course if you are really interested in doing Higher Studies.
