Re: Which engineering branch has a bright future?
you can try any branch you like.
according to my preference branches are listed- 1. electronics and communication-evergreen branch no recession thing 2. computer- about hardware and software 3. mechanical-about machines, expanding branch good for boys who can do drawing. 4. civil-construction line 5.IT- only software taught others... Also elec. engineers are eligible for cse and it jobs, but cse and it engineers are not eligible for elec. jobs. Hope select the best branch and gat the best placement... |

Re: Which engineering branch has a bright future?
According to me all Engineering branches are good and have bright future. If you do hard work any course you take you can shine in that course.
Most of the people consider the following as the increasing order of Engineering having bright future. 1. Mechanical Engineering 2. ECE 3. EEE 4. Civil Engineering 5. Computer Science Engineering 6. B.E (IT) and etc. I would suggest you to choose whatever you are interested and go on that. So that you will get bright future. |

Re: Which engineering branch has a bright future?
For the last ten years or so, Computer Science of IT is the most rewarding field. You get immediate placement and a fat salary with foreign trips, etc.
However, students from other branches can also get into IT jobs if they have the inclination to enter the domain of computers. This is not to demean the other branches. In fact, the core branches, ie, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical are known as Ever Green branches and have a constant potential. |

Re: Which engineering branch has a bright future?
dear friend,
My friend all the branches streams are good at their own filed.. Now it totally depends upon your interest..You should go for a field in which you have more interest, in which field you can excel yourself.. As IT market has lot of ups and downs, some times it becomes difficult to get a job in IT sectors... That's why I will suggest you to go for core streams like- 1.ECE 2.MECHANICAL 3.CIVIL 4.ELECTRICAL These are core streams.. You can get a job in core technical field after completion of BE/B.tech course in any of these stream.. So, you decide in which field you want to go now.. All the best.. |

Re: Which engineering branch has a bright future?
All branches in engineering have their own significance.Depending upon that it has its own future as well.Such as in the developing countries there is enough scope for the core streams like civil, mechanical. In the countries where IT is a growing sector there Computer Science,IT have good future, in the countries where mining is a major industry mining have good future. So it depends upon the socio-economic condition of the country or the state. As a whole Electronics industries are growing in the whole world. So Electronics have a bright future as well..But i'll suggest you take the stream in which you feel comfortable and fit.....Best of luck.

ALL MOST ALL ELECTRONICS DEALS WITH SOFTWARE AND WITOUT SOFTWARE YOU CANNOT GO IN ELECTRONICS LINE ELSE YOU CAN GO IN COMMUNICATION LINE BY TAKING ECE AND BY KNOWING CSE YOU CAN GO FOR ECE BOTH ARE INTERRELATED WITH EACH OTHER |

Re: Which engineering branch has a bright future?
Electronics and communication will continue to grow. Chemical Engineering will always be growing and will probably have the steadiest employment, though. Mechanical Engineering will probably be a steady field to work in but won't grow as fast as others. Civil Engineers are probably the group that is hit the hardest and will continue to be hit hard, they are not in high demand.

AS you know that out total population is based on agricultural. Campus placement of B.tech with Agricultural branch is 100%. According to my view, B.tech agricultural have bright future as well as more scope. Eligibility;- ----You must be passed 12th standard with pcm subject or agricultural/ ---You have to apply Engineering entrance exam to join B.tech from agricultural. The best agricultural University of Asia;- CCSHAU, HISAR-INDIA-125004 You can visit its official websitewww.hau.ernet.in;- |
