Sir, i wish to pursue Diploma course in Automobile Entgi9neering. I want to know about the requirement for getting admission directly in the second year of Diploma course?

To be eligible to pursue Diploma in Automobile Engineering course, you must have completed 10th standard or 12th standard or two years ITI course from a recognised board. Candidates who have completed 10th standard from a recognised board are eligible to get admission in first year of three years Diploma course. Candidates who have completed 12th standard or two years ITI course from a recognised board are eligible to get direct admission in second year of three years Diploma course through Lateral Entry admission process.

For admission in 2nd year of the diploma course you must have ITI qualification. Even class 12th with PCM stream will help you to get lateral entry admission through polytechnic entrance exam.

Just apply for exam when notification is out and try to manage a top rank so that you can get admission in your choice of college through counselling.
