I have completed Diploma in Electrical and Electronics in Karnataka State Board exam then compensation job is offered after my father death in state Government of Karnataka. So, I just want to know that is Diploma Engineering courses is equal to PUC? Please reply me in this regard.

Diploma in electrical and electronics is more than class 12th qualification. Therefore, if a job asks for class 12th qualification then they might even accept the diploma engineering qualification which is not equivalent but more than that.

I think you must be eligible for the given government job without any issues because class 12th is a lesser qualification.

Diploma in Engineering is not equivalent to Degree course or PUC (Pre-University Course).
A degree course is the one which is from a recognised University. But since, your Diploma in Engineering is from the State Board therefore it is not considered as a Pre- University Course.

But if you can get admission into AMIE( Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers India) which is a professional certification given by The Institution of Engineers(India).

By getting admission into AMIE you would be considered into a Pre-University Course.

After 10th engineering diploma in Tamil Nadu state equivalent to 12th or arts and science degree ?

But when we apply the choice come your 12th or equivalent so I choose equivalent it ask which courses in select diploma it take .................................so it equivalent or what bt applied from will not rejected......
